A humanoid robot bought from its maker's own store starts at USD 24,240: that is AGIBOT's list price for the X2, and the A2 Lite lists at USD 44,560. For a buyer in the EU, those prices leave out shipping, which the store puts at USD 500–3,000, plus import duty, VAT, CE paperwork, warranty handling inside the EU, spares, setup and training. Renting is the other published price: Robotoplus rents AGIBOT humanoids from 1,500 EUR a week for the X2 Basic to 7,500 EUR a week for the G2, and quotes the delivered EU purchase price for any model.

What does the list price leave out for an EU buyer?
More than the shipping. AGIBOT's store says the customer covers all duties, taxes and import clearance fees, so import VAT at your member state's rate lands on you. So does the importer's role: whoever brings a machine into the EU from outside it becomes the importer under Regulation (EU) 2019/1020, and the conformity file and market-surveillance correspondence become theirs. The store's support terms cover hardware warranty only, leave technical issues to the user, and rule out returns and exchanges. Its own FAQ adds that the X2's autonomous navigation needs an optional package. Spares, commissioning and training your team are on top again.
What does a delivered price from Robotoplus include?
The parts the list price leaves out. Robotoplus is AGIBOT's appointed distributor for Bulgaria and Romania and supplies Greece and Cyprus from inside the EU, so the importer obligations stay with us, not with you. Every supply includes commissioning at delivery, an operator briefing and a 12-month warranty handled inside the EU, with a named engineer responding the same working day. Engineering on your floor beyond that is 825 EUR per engineer per day within Europe, travel and accommodation included; remote work is quoted per request. For a standard configuration, allow 12 to 16 weeks from a firm order. The delivered price itself is a quotation, because the configuration and the task decide it.
How does renting compare with buying?
Renting buys an answer before the capital request. Billing is per unit per week, and a shorter booking is still charged as a full week, because delivery, setup and collection do not shrink. An in-stock unit is with you inside 48 hours of a confirmed booking; a month, a quarter, half a year or a year can be priced for the term. VAT-registered businesses in another member state are invoiced under the reverse charge. If a trial leads to an order, we discuss crediting part of the rental against it.
What does a humanoid from another maker cost?
