- What this site is.
- These terms govern your use of robotoplus.com, operated by Роботоплюс ООД (Robotoplus Ltd.). The site describes products and services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and nothing on it is engineering, legal or safety advice for your particular installation.
- Quotations and orders.
- Prices for robots are quoted individually. A quotation binds us only when we issue it in writing, and it states its own validity period. Sending the contact form places no order and creates no obligation on either side.
- Rental rates.
- The weekly rates published on the rental page are per unit and per week, net of value added tax and of transport. For a business registered for value added tax in another member state the reverse charge applies and none is invoiced; otherwise it is added as required, and the treatment is confirmed in the quotation. A booking shorter than a week is charged as a full week. Rates may change, and the rate that applies is the one confirmed in writing when you book.
- Specifications.
- Every product page names where its figures come from, under its own table: a manufacturer parameter table, or the reseller listing this catalogue was built from. Figures are the manufacturer's and may change without notice. Where a value is not published anywhere we say so rather than estimate. Check any figure that a purchase decision turns on with us in writing before you rely on it.
- Intellectual property.
- The text, layout and photography we produced are ours. AGIBOT, the product names and the manufacturer's marks belong to AGIBOT, and the manufacturer's films and annotated diagrams are reproduced here as an authorised distributor, unchanged and attributed. You may quote or link to this site; you may not republish it as your own.
- Availability.
- We aim to keep the site reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
- Liability.
- We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
- Law and jurisdiction.
- Bulgarian law applies, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction, in each case without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to you where you live.
- Changes.
- We may revise these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies.
