Who is the importer?
Robotoplus is the official AGIBOT distributor for Bulgaria and Romania. We buy from the manufacturer, we bring the machines into the European Union and we are the party placing them on the market. The importer obligations sit with us.
That matters more than it first sounds. Import a machine directly from outside the EU and you become the importer under Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and Article 36 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. The conformity file, the technical documentation, the market-surveillance correspondence and the liability that goes with them all become yours.
This is a category with no harmonised European standard for a free-walking general-purpose humanoid, and the Machinery Regulation becomes mandatory on 20 January 2027. Taking that on as a side effect of a purchase order is not a good trade.
Being the appointed distributor is also why we can answer for the product instead of forwarding the question. Conformity, spare parts, service and modifications go through a named channel to the manufacturer. That is the difference, and it is a matter of law rather than a promise.

Engineering that stays with the project
Our engineers are involved from the feasibility study through to the operators' first shift. That continuity is deliberate: the person who scoped the cycle time is the person who has to meet it.
