- Who is responsible.

- What the contact form collects.
- When you send an enquiry we receive your first and last name, your email address, and your telephone number and platform of interest where you give them, together with your message, the page you sent it from, the language you were reading in, and the time you accepted this policy. That reaches us as an email. The endpoint writes no message content to any log, so what you write is in our inbox and nowhere else. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract, together with Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our own products.
- What is collected automatically.
- Your IP address is held in memory for up to ten minutes so that one sender cannot flood the form. It is never written to disk, never logged, and never attached to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f), keeping the form usable.
- Cookies.
- One cookie, ROBOTOPLUS_CONSENT, set by this site and kept for six months. It stores your cookie choice and nothing else, so you are not asked again on every page. Nothing beyond it is set unless you allow it, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
- What this site does not do.
- No advertising, no profiling, no automated decision-making. No third-party embeds: the product films are served from our own domain rather than from a video platform, so watching one contacts nobody else. As this page is written, no analytics of any kind runs and the site loads no third-party script at all. Should we add one, it will be a cookieless counter, it will load only after you allow it, and this page will say so first.
- Who else processes it.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and delivers it. Resend delivers the enquiry email. Both act only on our instructions under their data-processing terms, and both may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards those terms provide.
- How long we keep it.
- Enquiry correspondence is kept while we deal with your enquiry and for twenty-four months afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to. After that it is deleted. Where a contract follows, the retention periods in Bulgarian accounting and tax law apply instead.
- Your rights.
- You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@robotoplus.com and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing in Romania, or the Hellenic Data Protection Authority in Greece.
