The long-endurance member of the D1 range, and the one to specify when a single charge has to cover the whole round. Published figures are 13.5 km fully loaded, 5.5 h unloaded or 2.5 h fully loaded, an approximate 64 kg body rated IP67, and a 96-line LiDAR reaching 120 m at 1.5 cm accuracy. Sustained walking speed is 1.5 m/s against a 3 m/s maximum, which is the pair of numbers to plan a route with: the maximum is a capability, the sustained figure is the schedule.

A rock outcrop first, then a narrow stone causeway over open water with nothing to either side. Wheels are what make distance cheap on made ground. This is the ground that explains why the legs are there as well.

The machine rises onto two wheels and drives balanced there, first in a shed and then on open road. It is the clearest look at what the wheel-legged layout buys: the legs are not only for obstacles, they change the shape of the machine while it moves.
