AGIBOT D1 Max Patrol

A D1 Max fitted with AGIBOT's patrol kit, for walking a security or inspection round by itself. You set the waypoints and the schedule on the management platform, and the robot walks the route, streams a visible-light and a thermal picture, and files a report after every round.

What it does

  • Built for closed or semi-closed sites, indoors and outdoors: industrial parks, managed properties, public spaces, parks, tourist sites, airports, stations, power and water plants.
  • Patrol routes, waypoints, a task for each waypoint and a schedule, all set from the management platform.
  • Pick any point on the map and the robot makes its own way there.
  • Live video from a visible-light camera and a thermal camera, on a head that pans through 360°.
  • Recorded video kept on the server, to play back or download by date.
  • Photographs taken automatically at the waypoints you choose, or by hand during a round.
  • Alarms at the waypoints you choose for a person or a vehicle entering a restricted area and for an overflowing bin, plus an alarm for a surface hotter than the threshold you set.
  • Two-way intercom opened from the management platform: an operator can speak, sound a voice alarm or tell someone to leave.
  • Voice announcements by schedule or by area, a fire-drill notice for example, recorded audio played the same way, and a red and blue strobe that can be set to come on by itself.
  • A report after every round, to read online, and alerts for the robot's status, errors and hardware faults.
  • Following a person who carries the beacon, at 1 to 3 m, and its position on a map when it is outdoors.
  • The robot and its kit report over the mobile network to AGIBOT's RMS server, and operators work from a web client.
Data protection: decide before deployment.
Face and licence-plate recognition against a watch list, with an alarm on a match, are on AGIBOT's function list, also at fixed waypoints. Camera footage of people is already personal data, and matching a face against a list goes further. Whether either may be switched on is a question for your data protection officer before deployment, not after.
A draft specification.
Every figure on this page comes from AGIBOT's specification for this model, version 1.0 of 18 March 2026, which AGIBOT marks as a draft. We will check them again when the released version is issued.

The kit and the robot

Renders and figures from AGIBOT's specification for this model. They show the kit and the robot separately: the specification has no picture of the two assembled.

The patrol kit

A pan-tilt head carrying a visible-light camera and a thermal camera inside a protective cage, with a navigation LiDAR, a speaker, an omnidirectional microphone and a red and blue strobe. The housing is 484 mm long and mounts on the robot's back.

The D1 Max underneath

The kit rides on AGIBOT's wheel-legged D1 Max, which rolls where the ground allows and steps where it does not. With the kit fitted, AGIBOT rates the machine for a 40° slope and for 20 cm steps when it navigates by itself. Under remote control, in a separate climbing mode, it gets onto a ledge 60 cm high.

Diagrams from the manufacturer

These drawings are from AGIBOT's specification for this model and are labelled in English. We show them unaltered.

  • Technical diagram 1 of 2 for the AGIBOT D1 Max Patrol, published by the manufacturer
AGIBOT's component guide to the patrol kit, seen from the front and from behind. Its labels name the pan-tilt head with a visible-light camera and a thermal camera under a protective cover, the navigation LiDAR under a cover of its own, the following module, the omnidirectional microphone, the SIM card port, the SOS button, the internal GPS, the speaker, the heat dissipation window, the warning strobe light, the emergency stop button, the internal navigation controller and the optional edge algorithm box.

AGIBOT D1 Ultra

A 16 kg quadruped light enough for one person to carry to the site, rated IP54 against dust and splashing water: a damp or dusty route suits it, standing water does not. It covers a 6 km round at up to 3.7 m/s, climbs a 16 cm step and jumps 35 cm, so kerbs and low steps do not end the route. It ships with an IMU and expansion ports for Ethernet, USB, SBUS and UART: the sensors your job needs are the ones you fit.

AGIBOT D1 Max

AGIBOT

The quadruped for outdoor work with something to carry: a rated 25 kg payload, IP67 sealing, and 29 km on a charge unloaded or 18 km with the load on. It clears obstacles up to 80 cm high, climbs a 45° slope and takes 25 cm stairs continuously, which is what decides whether a route exists at all. Two 96-line LiDAR units, front and rear, and GNSS-RTK let it know where it is outdoors without a prepared map.
