Commercial cleaning robot price in Europe (2026)
The AGIBOT C5 has no public list price. AGIBOT's own store shows the cleaning robot with a contact button where other products carry a price, and states that shipping costs USD 500–3,000 and that the buyer pays all duties, taxes and import clearance. So in Europe the price of a commercial cleaning robot is a delivered quotation, and this page sets out what goes into one.
| Cost line | What is published | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Machine | No price shown, contact sales | AGIBOT store |
| Shipping from the store | USD 500–3,000 | AGIBOT store |
| Duties, taxes, import clearance | Paid by the buyer | AGIBOT store |
| Rental | On request, no fixed weekly rate | Robotoplus |
| Engineering on site | 825 EUR a day | Robotoplus |
| Delivery after a firm order | 12 to 16 weeks | Robotoplus |
| Warranty | 12 months, handled inside the EU | Robotoplus |
Why is there no price on the C5?
A cleaning robot is sold into a building, and the same machine can need one mapped floor or a route through several lifts and secured doors. The C5 integrates with lift and access-control systems, and that integration is site work with a cost of its own. A list price would cover the machine and leave out the part that varies most from one building to the next.
What does a delivered price in the EU include?
For an EU buyer the machine is the first line, not the whole bill. Buying from outside the Union adds shipping, import duty and VAT, and it makes the buyer the importer, with the conformity file and the market-surveillance correspondence that come with that role. Robotoplus is AGIBOT's appointed distributor for Bulgaria and Romania, and into Greece and Cyprus we sell as a supplier already inside the single market, so the importer obligations stay with us. Our quotation states the delivered price, the VAT treatment, commissioning and route mapping, operator training, and the 12-month warranty handled inside the EU. AGIBOT states that the C5 has undergone TÜV Rheinland testing and certification. Ask for the certificates and the EU declaration of conformity with any quote, ours included.
Can you rent a cleaning robot instead?
Yes. The C5 rents on request: it carries no fixed weekly rate, so its price and lead time come with the quotation. Our published weekly rates cover four humanoids, and an in-stock rental unit is with you inside 48 hours of a confirmed booking; for the cleaning robot, ask for the availability date in writing when you enquire. Engineering time is 825 EUR a day whether the machine is hired or bought, and on a cleaning trial that day turns a delivered robot into a mapped route. Renting is the cheaper way to find out whether your floor suits the machine before you pay for one.
What should the price be measured against?
A price means something only against the floor the machine cleans in an hour. The C5 publishes a maximum cleaning efficiency of 1,920 m²/h, a working width of 840 mm with the side brush and a scrubbing width of 550 mm, 3 hours of scrubbing or 8 hours of dry-mopping per charge, a recharge of 1.5 h, and 45 L tanks for clean water and for sewage, which its dock drains and refills without a person. The 1,920 m²/h is a ceiling, and AGIBOT's parameter table ties it to neither of those widths. Your corridors, turns and fixtures decide how much of it you see, so compare two quotes against the same route rather than against the headline.
What is not in any price?
Consumables are a running cost the machine price does not show: detergent, brushes and squeegee blades are stocked and changed by people. So are the hours someone spends on the edges, stairs and corners the robot does not reach, and on answering the call when it stops at night. Ask every supplier to list those lines separately, so that two offers can be compared line by line.
Send us the floor area, the number of floors and whether the route uses lifts, and ask for a delivered quote for the C5, or for a rental on your own floor first.
