Robotoplus: who we are, what we sell and what we do not do

Robotoplus is a company in Sofia that supplies AGIBOT humanoid robots, robot dogs and commercial cleaning robots, rents many of them, and writes the software that makes them useful on a customer's own floor. It is AGIBOT's appointed distributor for Bulgaria and Romania, and it supplies Greece and Cyprus from inside the single market. If you typed the name into a search box, that is the answer in one sentence. The rest of this page is what stands behind it, so that you can check it.

Who the company is.
The legal entity is Роботоплюс ООД, Robotoplus Ltd. in English: a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria since 1996, with its registered office in the Hladilnika district of Sofia. That date says how long the company has been on the register, not how long it has sold robots, and it should not be read as the second. The brand is written as one word, Robotoplus. The imprint carries the registration and VAT numbers for anyone who wants to look the company up rather than take a website's word for it. The contact form is the main way to reach the team, and an engineer replies within one working day.
What it sells and rents.
Everything comes from one manufacturer. Humanoid robots include the X2 Basic, X2 Ultra, A2 Ultra, A3 and G2. Robot dogs are the D1 range. Cleaning robots are the C2, C2P, C4 and C5. Grippers and spares go with them. Four humanoids can be rented by the week, from 1,500 EUR for the X2 Basic to 7,500 EUR for the G2, net of VAT and shipping, and an in-stock unit is with the customer inside 48 hours of a confirmed booking. The robot dogs and cleaning robots rent on request, with no published weekly rate. A purchase is quoted rather than listed: for a standard configuration allow 12 to 16 weeks from a firm order, with commissioning, an operator briefing and a 12-month warranty handled inside the EU. Engineering beyond that, such as application software on ROS 2, is 825 EUR per engineer per day within Europe, travel and accommodation included.
What it is not.
Robotoplus does not build robots. AGIBOT builds them, and that line decides who you call. A failed joint is a manufacturer question and goes to AGIBOT through a named channel rather than into a queue. A robot that picks the wrong part off a belt is Robotoplus's problem, and there is nobody else to point at. The company also turns work down: jobs a fixed industrial arm does more cheaply, tasks a conveyor and a sensor solve for a fraction of the cost, anything where a person's safety would depend on the robot behaving correctly rather than on a guard or an interlock, and demonstrations whose real purpose is a photograph. The assessment before a quote is billed as its own work, so that it is free to end in a no.

This page lists no customers or past projects. It describes an arrangement, which is the part a buyer can check.

Which country you are in changes the answer.
In Bulgaria and Romania Robotoplus is the appointed distributor: it buys from the manufacturer, brings the machines into the European Union and places them on the market, so the importer obligations under Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 sit with Robotoplus, not with you. In Greece and Cyprus it sells as a supplier already inside the single market, so you buy within the Union and the importer role does not pass to you. For any other country the site states no distribution arrangement, so ask before assuming one.

What to do with this: before you spend time on a quote, ask for three things in writing, the declaration of conformity and the name on it, the language of the operating instructions, and the warranty term in months. Then send the task rather than the model: what the robot should do, on which floor, in which town, by which date. If the honest answer is that no robot is the right tool, you will be told that at the start.
