What this includes

• A system that moves through a production area under its own navigation and forms a view about what it sees.
• Integration of your own language model account: OpenAI, another cloud provider, or a local deployment such as Ollama on your hardware.
• No token or usage cost passes through us. Usage is billed directly to your account.
• A structured data pipeline, so the model reasons against your documents rather than against general knowledge.
• A backend for uploading and organising those documents and folder structures, with ingestion and indexing handled automatically.
• Context-aware querying against the sources you uploaded, so an answer can be traced back to something you provided.
• A provider-agnostic architecture, so which model runs stays your decision and stays reversible.
• Findings reported to your EHS officer. This is not a safety function: it stops no machine and gates no interlock, and a person decides what happens next.
• Billed by the engineering day, on time actually spent. It is a research project, and any figure quoted before the work is an estimate.
• Ongoing support for integration, updates and optimisation, charged the same way.
