Cleaning robots

AGIBOT C4

Request a quote

A cleaning robot that sweeps and wet-scrubs in one pass, and can dry-mop as well, in aisles too narrow for a larger scrubber: it passes a 60 cm gap and turns around within 80 cm. It is built for small to mid-size indoor sites, and AGIBOT names supermarkets, subway stations, factory warehouses, hotels, office buildings, exhibition halls and stores for it.

What it does

  • Sweeps at the front and scrubs behind, keeping dry and wet waste apart inside the machine.
  • Cleans with little water: AGIBOT describes a scrub deck that holds its water.
  • Recharges, refills clean water, drains dirty water and tops up cleaning solution at its S4 station, which cleans itself as well.
  • Cleans its own roller brush, squeegee and dirty-water tank.
  • Filters dirty water before it reaches the pump, so the pump and valves are less likely to clog.
  • Updates its map automatically when the layout changes, and plans routes zone by zone, set up with one touch.
  • Rides lifts and passes access-controlled doors on its own, once the building's systems are set to let it through.
  • Diagnoses more than 90% of its own faults, according to AGIBOT.
  • Its battery lifts out, to charge away from the robot.
Who builds it.

How the C4 works

Photography and published figures from AGIBOT, the manufacturer of this model.

Fits where a larger scrubber cannot

Passes through a 60 cm gap and turns around within 80 cm. Narrow aisles between shelves and racking stay on the cleaning route instead of being left to a mop.

Sweeps ahead, scrubs behind

Brushes at the front collect dry debris and the scrubbing deck behind washes the floor in the same pass. The scrubbing width is 380 mm, and with the side brush the machine cleans 600 mm wide. AGIBOT states a 95% debris pickup rate, with dry and wet waste kept apart inside the machine. Its launch film shows edge cleaning to within 1 cm.

Looks after itself between runs

The station charges the robot, refills clean water, drains dirty water and tops up cleaning solution, which the robot carries in a 1 L box. The robot cleans its own roller brush, squeegee and dirty-water tank and filters dirty water before it reaches the pump. AGIBOT says the self-cleaning cuts the daily cleaning work on the machine by more than 60%.

Keeps up when the floor plan changes

A 3D LiDAR, a 2D LiDAR and an RGB-D camera fix its position, and its map updates as displays, pallets and furniture move. Routes are planned by zone from one tap, and a site that rearranges its floor does not have to be set up again each time.

One route, several floors

The C4 rides lifts and passes access-controlled doors on its own, once the building's systems are set to let it through. A route can then continue on the next floor without anyone carrying the machine there.
